Cancellation Policy
All appointments are non refundable.
IF STYLIST CANCELS FOR ANY REASON DEPOSITS WILL BE RETURNED.
Clients must come with clean, product free (heat protectant and detangle products are ok; no oils) blown out straight hair. Must be able to freely run fingers through hair. Not doing so may result in cancellation.
Please cancel appointments within 24 hrs of appointment time if you’re not going to be able to show to your appointment to avoid being banned from future bookings.
